The work included paving, grading, traffic signal installation, street lighting systems, signing and striping in compliance with City of Lancaster standards, and development of bus stops and drop-off zones. The project also involved utility relocation and coordination, ADA-compliant pedestrian access improvements, and installation of a new signalized intersection. These improvements required relocation of existing solar parking canopies to enable construction of a new main campus entry at 30th Street West and Avenue J-12.

Work involved grading, excavation, and installation of permanent concrete foundations, along with coordination of underground utilities including storm drain, sewer, domestic water, gas, and electrical systems. Additional scope included building signage, lockers, specialty interior finishes, and final cleaning to support full facility turnover.
