ENGICON CM provided staffing support to Costera Waste & Environmental, Inc. contributed to VTA's BART Silicon Valley Phase II Extension Project, which aims to extend the BART system from the existing Berryessa/North San José station through downtown San José to the Santa Clara Caltrain Station. This extension is designed to enhance regional connectivity and reduce traffic congestion in the area. Our team provided Safety Personnel, Project Engineer, Part-time Scheduler, and Estimator services, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, efficient project management, and accurate cost assessments

Wilshire Rapid Transit Project

ENGICON CM supported the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) Wilshire Rapid Transit Project, a major initiative to improve transit connectivity in the San Fernando Valley. The project includes a 6.7-mile light rail corridor with 11 new stations, improving access across the region. ENGICON CM provided staffing support to Costera Waste & Environmental, Inc., including safety personnel, project engineering, part-time scheduling, and estimating services. The team supported safety compliance, field coordination, schedule management, and cost control. As part of the work, Costera performed potholing at 10 locations, and city-approved traffic control plans were developed to ensure safe and efficient field operations.

New 11,000 SF academic facility supporting early childhood education programs. Scope includes move coordination, furniture planning, ADA compliance review, and coordination between design team, contractor, and vendors.

ENGICON CM Role: Led coordination between the Building User Group (BUG) and design team to define furniture requirements and review layouts for compliance with college standards and ADA requirements. Managed procurement support, conducted job walks to verify space readiness, and coordinated with the contractor, vendors, and movers to ensure proper delivery, installation, and final setup of all furnishings.
